Which payment options do you offer?

What is Co-Location?
Co-Location is a service which allows your Server Equipment to be housed inside our Data Center. This means you get all the benefits of our Data Center without having to build your own.
Do you have any Contracts?
Absolutely not. We offer our Dedicted servers on a No Contract plan, Leave at any time. But you can purchase yearly if you wish.
When can I access my Server?
With a support ticket request for visiting: 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 9am to 1pm, is free of charge. If it is urgent, and after hours, we charge a call out fee of $95+GST per hour.
